Our Story

Duggan Veterinary is a family owned, Guaranteed Irish and ISO accredited business and is a leading provider of medicines, instruments and consumables to the veterinary market. With a direct presence in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom markets, Duggan Veterinary Supplies also utilises other collaborations with partners in other EU and Non-EU markets.

From humble beginnings in Holycross, Co. Tipperary in 1987, Duggan Veterinary Supplies has grown exponentially, and has recently moved into brand new, purpose built, state of the art premises incorporating office space, warehousing, engineering and repairs department, conference suite, clinical skills lab and dining facilities for the growing team of 50+ highly skilled staff. The new premises is strategically and centrally located in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Particularly impressive is the conference suite and Clinical Skills Lab. Both are used for onsite Continued Professional Development (CPD) courses. The Clinical Skills Lab is a bespoke teaching space used to deliver highly practical dry & wetlab courses to vets and nurses. This allows course participants to use the most up to date range of equipment, instruments and consumables to learn new skills and techniques guided by experienced tutors.
