Duggan Veterinary Supplies is thrilled to announce the launch of the Duggan Veterinary Supplies Four Pillar Partnership, an exciting new initiative aimed at fostering stronger connections between local GAA clubs, veterinary practices, and farmers, creating a circular and mutually beneficial relationship for all parties involved.
The Four Pillar Partnership is a pilot program that will initially involve nine Tipperary GAA clubs and 17 veterinary practices across the region. This collaborative initiative is designed to promote local businesses and strengthen the bonds within rural communities, with the common goal of supporting farmers in their day-to-day operations while giving back to the veterinary practices as their animal health experts and also to the GAA as a grassroots sports organisation.
The concept behind the Four Pillar Partnership revolves around creating a sustainable, community-focused, circular support system:
- Duggan Veterinary Supplies: Providing essential veterinary products and services to ensure optimal animal health and welfare, whilst offering financial support to local GAA Clubs.
- Local GAA Clubs: In exchange for supporting local veterinary practices and farmers, GAA clubs receive financial contributions, helping to sustain and promote grassroots sports, whilst also committing to display a pitchside sign promoting one of Duggan Veterinary Supplies products – Fatroseal.
- Local Veterinary Practices: Engaging with farmers directly and offering services at a community level while benefiting from promotions and the visibility created through local GAA / Duggan Veterinary sponsorships.
- Local Farmers: By participating, farmers receive exclusive product offers and access to tailored veterinary solutions, on this occasion focusing on our teat sealer Fatroseal.
Through this circular partnership, Duggan Veterinary Supplies is committed to helping farmers maintain the highest standards of animal health, which in turn supports local economies and sports communities. This pilot initiative will demonstrate how these essential pillars of the rural community — vets, farmers, GAA clubs, and Duggan Veterinary Supplies — can support one another for mutual benefit.
Speaking at the launch, MD Donal Duggan stated: ‘We are delighted to introduce Duggan Veterinary Supplies Four Pillar Partnership, supporting the local GAA Clubs, local vets and all farmers in our communities. This initiative not only strengthens community ties amongst the four pillars of Irish society, but also reflects the core values that guide Duggan Veterinary Supplies as a corporate entity. These four pillars – Integrity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Sustainability – are at the heart of our mission and serve as the foundation for this partnership.’
As Duggan Veterinary Supplies continues to expand, the Four Pillar Partnership is expected to become a core part of our strategy to serve not just the animal health community but the larger social fabric that it supports.
