At Duggan Veterinary Supplies, community is at the heart of everything we do — and we were thrilled to support a fantastic local initiative recently: the Limerick City Special Olympics Sports Club Fundraising Table Quiz.
Held to raise much-needed funds for the club, the event brought together families, friends, and supporters for an evening of fun, knowledge, and camaraderie. Duggan Veterinary Supplies was proud to sponsor prizes on the night and lend our support to a cause that means a great deal to one of our own.
Our Marketing Manager, Brian, volunteers regularly with the club, and his son Paudie is a proud and active member. Brian’s involvement gives us a special connection to the Limerick City Special Olympics Sports Club, and we’re incredibly proud to back his efforts and those of the dedicated athletes, coaches, and volunteers who make the club such a positive force in the community.
The Special Olympics movement promotes inclusion, confidence, and achievement through sport — values that align perfectly with our own culture at Duggan Veterinary Supplies. We believe that supporting organisations like Limerick City Special Olympics is not just about giving back, but about helping to build a more inclusive and empowered community.
