The Veterinary Marketing Association (VMA) Awards once again lit up the industry with a spectacular celebration of creativity, innovation and excellence – and this year, we at Duggan Veterinary Supplies are incredibly proud to celebrate our own Kai Crawshaw, UK Marketing Manager, for his well‑deserved VMAzing Award win.

Kai’s VMAzing Award win recognises the creativity, innovation and impact of his work at Duggan Veterinary Supplies — from strengthening customer engagement to enhancing our marketing operations and elevating our brand presence in the UK market.

Although Kai didn’t take home the overall Champion of Champions title, his recognition as one of the VMAzing winners is an outstanding achievement and a testament to the impact he has made within veterinary marketing over the past year.

Why the VMA Awards Matter

The VMA Awards are widely recognised as the pinnacle of achievement within veterinary marketing, providing a platform to honour the talent, strategic thinking and creative work shaping the animal health sector. They celebrate excellence across the full spectrum of marketing — from digital innovation to campaign creativity — and offer an invaluable opportunity to reflect on the evolution and future direction of the industry.

With entries spanning veterinary practices, agencies, suppliers and global brands, the awards highlight the depth of skill, dedication and passion that drive better communication, stronger client relationships and ultimately improved animal health outcomes.

A Night of Celebration, Laughter and Fabulous Entertainment

The 2026 awards ceremony, held at the Royal Lancaster London, was a vibrant blend of glamour, entertainment and community spirit — thanks in no small part to the unforgettable La Voix, who hosted the event with her trademark wit, energy and charm. Her dazzling stage presence kept the ceremony flowing effortlessly and the laughs coming all afternoon.

Adding to the sparkle of the event was the iconic Alan Dedicoat, renowned as the “Voice of the Balls” from the National Lottery and the announcer of Strictly Come Dancing, whose unmistakable delivery brought a sense of prestige and excitement to the proceedings.

Their combined charisma helped create an atmosphere that honoured the hard work of marketing professionals while truly celebrating the spirit of the veterinary community.

Looking Ahead

We extend our warmest congratulations to all winners, finalists and nominees at this year’s VMA Awards. Events like these remind us of the dedication that drives innovation across the animal health industry – and we are honoured to be part of this inspiring community.

And to Kai: congratulations once again on your VMAzing win. Being named among the top marketing professionals in the veterinary industry is a remarkable accomplishment, and we could not be more proud.

Here’s to another year of excellence – and to even greater achievements ahead.
