Concentrated oral dietetic for scouring Calves, foals lambs, kids and Piglets.
A clear pink, aqueous concentrated solution, recommended for the stabilizing of water and electrolyte balance in young animals.It is recommended that a veterinarian’s opinion be sought before use.
Indications for use:
ReplenoVet is designated as an oral rehydration rehabilitation in the management of diarrhoea in calves and restoration, acidosis and loss of electrolytes associated with diarrhoea, whether caused by bacteria, viruses, cryptosporidia or inappropriate nutrition.
It contains predominantly electrolytes and easily absorbable carbohydrates.
It may be used in cases or periods of recovery of animals suffering from digestive disturbance (scour or diarrhoea)
ReplenoVet may be also used to reduce the risk of Ketosis (acetonaemia) ewes.
It can also be used as an aid in recovery form ketosis.
Dosage:
Scouring:
Immediately scour symptoms show, offer 2 litres of diluted solution twice daily for 2-3 days (or as instructed by your veterinary surgeon) via syringe or managed feeding tube.
Calves:
2100ml diluted solution twice daily for 3 days
Foals:
2100ml diluted solution twice daily for 3 days
Lambs:
420ml diluted solution twice daily for 3 days
Ewes: 100ml of undiluted product should be administered in a suitable drenching bottle. Administration should be repeated at 4-8 hour intervals
Dilution Rate
One Part of Concentrate to Twenty Parts of Water –
1ml of ReplenoVet to 20ml of water
50ml of ReplenoVet to 1 litre of water
100ml of ReplenoVet to 2 litres of water
200ml of ReplenoVet to 4 litres of water
