L-Mesitran Hydro 10x10cm (low-adherence, honey wound dressing)(Qty 10)

 L-Mesitran Hydro is a sterile hydro-active, low-adherence, honey containing wound dressing. It contains 30% medical grade honey, an acrylic polymer gel and water with a polyurethane film backing, without and with an adhesive border.

L-Mesitran Hydro is easy to apply. The honey-hydrogel pad is able to absorb at least seven times its own weight in wound fluid. Although L-Mesitran Hydro is identical to L-Mesitran Border, it doesn’t contain adhesive border.
